    If you find a better price after your booking, I will match it with a 'BEST PRICE GUARANTEED' guarantee, as long as it meets at least the same conditions:

• To have made a reservation, confirmed and paid the existing rate at the present time.
• The final price offered by BIO VITAL THERAPIES, hereinafter BVT, will include any bonuses that may be given in specific promotions, both for current and future treatments, when comparing and assessing the price received by the competition.
• The price must be lower than the price offered by BVT, after dividing the total price by the total minutes. This price must be applied to the same type of massage (in a centre or at home) and to the same type of massage in the south of Tenerife (see the areas on the attached map where I offer my services, all under all the conditions established by law).
• The 'Best Price Guarantee' will only be applied upon receipt of a pro-forma paper invoice, stamped with all company details, with the service broken down in time with its total duration and its respective final price, in order to be able to refund the difference, if any. No digital images of any kind will be accepted. The guarantee refers to the final price to be paid by the user.
• In order to start the process of equalisation in the event that the price of the other company is lower, it is essential to show BVT the proforma invoice on stamped paper and with all the details of the company in which the date and time of the appointment, type of massage, total duration and whether it was carried out in a centre or at home must be stated. Only the pro-forma invoice dated within two (2) weeks will be valid when claiming the 'best price guarantee'.
• The guarantee refers to the total price to be paid by the user including all the extra minutes of gift, both enjoyed and to be enjoyed by gift voucher for future massage.
• The claim must be submitted within a maximum period of 24 hours after the booking and payment have been made. The deadline for BVT to confirm the price difference is 48 working hours.
• If there is a difference to be paid by BVT, this will be done in person after verifying the authenticity of the original pro forma invoice issued by the competing establishment, within a maximum period of 48 hours after verification.
