TERMS AND CONDITIONS – 30 MINUTES GIFT VOUCHER
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 30 MINUTE GIFT VOUCHER
FIRST - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIFT VOUCHER PROMOTION.
- These terms and conditions only refer to the current promotion.
- The gift voucher is valid for a limited period of 15 calendar days starting the day after receiving it by whatsapp (or telegram), which usually coincides with the day after receiving my services.
- The first requirement to be entitled to enjoy this promotion gift voucher is to have booked and paid for your next massage with me (single price of 50,00€ x 75 minutes duration, not combinable with other offers or promotions) within 15 days after having had your previous massage, and it cannot be used on its own and is one of the several essential conditions of the same.
- The gift voucher will cease to have effect for various reasons such as:
1) for not using it within the validity period of 15 calendar days from the previous massage you received and with which you obtained the gift voucher;
2) for not transferring it to another human being within the validity period of 15 calendar days from the previous massage you received and with which you obtained the gift voucher, and for not making the reservation yourself for the other human being within the same 15 calendar day period, after having received your previous massage with which you obtained the gift voucher;
3) if the gift voucher has expired after its single use;
4) in case of attempted fraud or any other malicious use, the gift voucher will be invalidated for breach of the principle of good faith.
- This gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
- The total duration of the gift voucher is indivisible.
- The gift voucher cannot be used for the same massage for which it was obtained.
- The gift voucher cannot be accumulated with other vouchers nor can it be accumulated with other promotions or offers, unless expressly specified in the advertisement.
- If you are certain that you will not have another massage within 15 calendar days, you may give the gift voucher to another person, on the condition that you make the reservation yourself for that person, indicating the code attached to your name on the gift voucher, that it is within 15 calendar days of receiving it and that the massage is paid for before it begins.
- The accumulation of gift vouchers within 15 days is not possible, as the gift voucher obtained will always be used for the next treatment and will expire after its use.
- In case of attempted fraud, abusive use or any other malicious use, the benefit of enjoying the present massage service including any future promotion or offer will be cancelled, for lacking the principles of good faith.
SECOND.- DURATION OF THE GIFT VOUCHER PROMOTION.
- The special offer of the gift voucher will remain in force for a short and indeterminate period of time, until the present promotion ceases to be advertised without prior notice, and there is no obligation whatsoever to inform users beforehand.
- The advertising of a new promotion with a change of advertising will render the current promotion null and void.
- The right is reserved to continue to offer the current promotion for people who still have the image with the current promotion with gift voucher gift, until only in these cases they are informed in writing that the promotion has expired and thus ended, losing its current validity.
3.2. PARTICIPANT IDENTIFICATION.
- As a user / participant in the gift voucher promotion, you will be assigned a personal identification number (ID), if you do not already have one, in order to be able to enjoy the benefits and advantages of any promotion or offer that may be launched.
- As a user / participant you will have the option to provide a contact telephone number with the main purpose of establishing and maintaining direct contact (due to circumstances of the service and practicality only through whatsapp messages or telegram), in order to also provide, manage and control the obtaining of the gift voucher and other benefits in future promotions or offers that may be launched. No other type of contact will be made that does not expressly have to do with offering offers or promotions.
- As a user / participant you must identify yourself with your identification code (ID) when you return to use our services to access the benefits and advantages of the gift voucher or any other promotion or offer that may have been launched.
- No personal or identifying data will be collected and will not be incorporated into any registry. No data will be transferred and only your identification code (ID) will be taken into account to recognise you and your telephone number to maintain communication via whatsapp (or telegram).
- The user/participant is informed that he/she can change his/her mind and request the deletion of his/her telephone number at any time in writing (whatsapp or telegram).
FOURTH.- BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES OF THE GIFT VOUCHER PROMOTION.
4.1. ADDITIONAL ENJOYMENT IN TIME.
As a user / participant you will be able to enjoy an even longer massage thanks to the gift voucher. Before starting the massage you can choose to spend that time on a body area with discomfort (pain) or on another body area of your choice: head (= face and skull), upper limbs (= arms and hands) or feet.
4.2. PASS ON THE GIFT VOUCHER TO A LOVED ONE.
You can give the gift voucher to someone who will use it to enjoy the many benefits of a good massage. The only existing condition is that you yourself make the reservation for it, and the service can be paid for on the day you receive it.
FIFTH.- MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GIFT VOUCHER.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any of these terms and conditions, without any obligation to notify users in advance.
Modifications may be consulted again at this link if deemed necessary.
